Notices
What to know in Nevada.
- Senate Bill 308 (2017) raised Nevada's minimum from 15/30/10 to 25/50/20, effective July 1, 2018. Older materials may still show the previous limits.
- UM/UIM coverage is not mandated by law. Nevada law requires insurers to offer it at no less than the statutory minimum liability amount. When the limits rose, drivers who had chosen less than 25/50 had to re-select or reject the coverage on a UM/UIM Selection/Rejection Form.
